Boar also provides individualized career counseling working with the junior high-potential to the most senior

of executives. We work with individuals interested in better managing/directing their career paths, to

institutions interested in growing their talent to the next level.  Boar will work with the client to understand the

company or the individual’s needs, whether for personal change or growth, and then establish realistic goals

with a timetable and milestones to measure and record success.  Boar will help assess the client’s strengths

and weaknesses, then provide the tools to best improve the client’s overall performance and satisfaction. 

Boar will create a schedule of meetings suitable for the client’s needs, and in addition will always be

assessable to the client for those calls when guidance is needed in real time.
